August Monthly Report

Monthly Report

“Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few.” – Winston Churchill

During the blazing summer period of August 1st through the 31st, the Allied Airborne Army soldiers and airmen has been engaged with enemy forces throughout Western Europe… on top of continuing to fill their canteens with sweat from their skivvies. In Heroes and Generals, the AAA units and fellow allies have kept the supply lines open as elements of the 101st Airborne, 82nd Airborne and XXX Corp march across France and into the Rhineland. In IL2 Cliffs of Dover, British Hurricanes and Spitfires have been busy fending off German attacks on the Island. Throughout September, the Triple A can expect much of the same; protecting England and invading the Western Front. However, I did hear that Holland is nice in late September – we should pay them a visit in Call of Duty 2!

We have seen several old faces around the Allied Airborne Army this past month and we encourage more of you to come, give a shout-out and a “hi”! Again speak up if you find yourself MIA on our Command Roster. Let us know on our Message Board, besides we would love to hear from you and know how you are doing.

The Eagle Squadrons has scrambled several times this last month to protect the coast of England against the German invaders. If you have IL2 Cliffs of Dover, come fly with us!! We could always use afew good pilot and companions. Watch our Out of the Sun video by the Eagle Squadron.

Recruitment Report
Are you looking to join the Allied Airborne Army and become an active duty member on our Roster? Well if you come with a good attitude, help out and participate, you will move up the ranks and do just fine here at the AAA. As an old community, we are looking for some new blood to help lead units in the AAA. We are always open to new members who believe in our philosophy – you don’t have to be immature to have fun!!! We do not recruit players based on skill. We don’t care how good you are – we only care that you want to have fun and allow others to do the same. We are accepting applications now so snap to it!!

If you are not joining us every night, try to join us every Saturday night this September at 9pm EST. Check the Calendar for other events throughout the month.

We can not do this without our members. Every penny we receive goes to keeping this website and our servers in operation. We make our payments on the 17th of every month so please try to donate before then. You may donate securely to the Allied Airborne Army through our Donations section or you can donate directly to our gaming server by clicking here.
