If a man does his best, what else is there?” – General George S. Patton
FUN: This is first and foremost.
CAMARADERIE: To bring together a group of individuals with a common purpose – that purpose being to develop friendships, teamwork and fun.
PROFICIENCY: To improve our skills and techniques and learn to act as a cohesive unit with the goal of increasing our enjoyment of combat simulations.
EXEMPLAR: To take as our role model PFC Charles N. Deglopper, member of the 325th Glider Infantry Regiment and recipient of the Medal Of Honor. We will honor and remember him and all others who have fought and died for the freedoms we now enjoy.
TEAMWORK: The path to success in combat is teamwork and coordination. We will practice playing the game as a cohesive unit and learn to act under the direction of leaders.
TACTICS: We will learn and practice infantry combat tactics so that we may be victorious on the battlefield.
COMMAND: Teamwork and Tactics require organization. We will establish a chain of command with individuals given command authority over fire teams and squads.
COMMUNICATION: None of the above can be accomplished without communication between the individual members of the squad. To facilitate communication, each member must be able to communicate on a regular basis via email and must be able to send and receive voice communications via TeamSpeak.
