“Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.” — Napoleon Bonaparte
If we learned anything this past November, it’s that when the Allies organize themselves in Heroes and Generals, they are an unstoppable machine. The Spaatz build in H&G is still the latest build and one of the primary features in Spaatz is the RTS balance. Many Axis don’t seem to like it and have been calling ‘foul’ to RETO for implementing such a change to the game. We know, Allies OP. With the help of communities like the Devils Brigade, DUSD, WP, Bad Lobsters, The Greek Division, and the Portuguese Bastards – that Allies have really become a united faction.
The Allied Airborne Army had a lot to do with the success of the Allies these past couple weeks. A lot of members stepped up dedicating much of their time, efforts and resources to the wars and to the community. Check out SGT.Gr0w’s video for the Allied Airborne Army. We’ve met a lot of new players that have come to join our ranks which is where we begin the Members Report.
FINALLY we have an Australian! Over the last three years, the Allied Airborne Army has really become an international community catering to both French and English speakers, and to members from Germany, Japan, Israel, Russia, Canada, USA, Bulgaria, France, Australia, Korea, Sweden, Mexico, UK, Ukraine, Belgium, Netherlands, Romania, Denmark, Croatia, Philippines, Greece and now, Australia. Please welcome our newest members to our ranks.
Congratulations to our members that earn Promotions and Honors this month.

In anticipation for RTS balancing with the latest Spaatz build, the Allied communities worked hard planning out several methods to defeat the Axis – and it worked. Starting in War 162, the Allies launched their plan of action and quickly put the Axis on their heels. This pattern persisted through the following wars up too and including War 167. None of it came easy but the pay-off was much rewarding. For the first time in a long time, the Allies are in a state of high morale. Players are actually having fun… and no player more than Schilli from DUSD is having fun as seen in his latest video.
Towards the end of the month, with many Americans taking a break for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Allied communities took a back seat to watch our general public – mehhh… we’ve seen worst. Overall that high morale seems to be carrying through to the new Allied players of Heroes and Generals which is good to finally see.
Hopefully December is full of more great wars!

The passing of BlackViper34, our Commanding Officer this summer to cancer leaves many of us at the Airborne with heavy hearts. Before he passed, Viper and his family set up the George Spiros Jr. Memorial Hockey Scholarship as a non profit organization designed to help young aspiring hockey players that can’t otherwise afford to play. We encourage you to donate as a way to help celebrate his life.
